WASHINGTON, PA, Oct. 2, 2019 — Rainbowinthewest peeled off cover through the final turn and roared by the leader, Tequila Talkin, to capture Wednesday’s feature at The Meadows, a $13,500 Conditioned Trot.
Rainbowinthewest was following the live cover of Kate’s Massive until Brady Brown asked her for go in the lane. The 4-year-old daughter of Andover Hall-Miss Milwaukee responded beautifully, downing Tequila Talkin by 2-1/2 lengths in a career-best 1:53.4, while Kate’s Massive saved show.
Robert Rougeaux III trains Rainbowinthewest, who extended her career earnings to $128,271, for Brocious Racing Stable and Lone Wolf Stable.

Tony Hall collected three wins on the 13-race program.
Live racing at The Meadows resumes Saturday when the card features the $200,000 Pennsylvania Fairs championships as well as the annual Pink Out to benefit the American Cancer Society. First post is 1:05 PM.
